Question 1

What is Baivas and how does it work?

Accepted Answer

Baivas is a smart multi-tenant logistics and e-commerce platform. Instead of searching multiple stores, buyers post a request specifying what they need. Verified local vendors submit bids with their prices and ETAs, and the buyer selects the best offer.

Question 2

How can vendors join Baivas?

Accepted Answer

Vendors can register on the Baivas platform and undergo business verification (e.g. CAC documents). Once verified, they can view requests from buyers in their area and submit bids.

Question 3

What is the Baivas fleet management system?

Accepted Answer

Fleet owners can register their companies, invite riders, manage payouts, and track deliveries in real-time. Riders use the Expo mobile app to submit delivery bids and execute routes.

Question 4

Is Baivas secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Baivas uses multi-factor authentication (email OTP and Google Authenticator), biometric locks (FaceID/TouchID), secured JSON Web Token (JWT) verification, and partners with Paystack for secure wallet deposits and withdrawals.
