1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Baivas platform, including our website, mobile applications, and associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Baivas provides a digital marketplace connecting independent vendors, buyers, and delivery riders. We provide the platform for these transactions but are not a party to the actual sale between the vendor and the buyer, nor the delivery contract between the rider and the buyer/vendor.

As such, Baivas has no control over the quality, safety, morality, or legality of any aspect of the items listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings, or the ability of vendors to sell items.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Bidding and Purchasing

When a buyer places an order request, vendors have the opportunity to bid on the order within a specified timeframe. The buyer may select the winning bid. Once a bid is accepted, it constitutes a binding agreement between the buyer and the vendor.

5. Delivery and Fulfillment

Delivery is handled by independent riders registered on the platform. Delivery times and fees are estimates and are subject to change based on real-world conditions. Baivas is not liable for delayed, lost, or damaged deliveries, though we provide a dispute resolution center to assist with such issues.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the platform. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
